Silicagel with indicator
If an indicator is added to the silicagel, the water absorption of the product can be checked by means of a color change. For example, the color of an orange gel changes from orange to a light black-green with increasing water absorption. This makes it very easy to see whether the silicagel used has been used up and needs to be replaced or whether the used silicagel needs to be regenerated.
